Dukan Alhai was designed to support small and medium enterprise (SME) owners whose businesses were halted or severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The project supported 15 SMEs in each of the states of Kassala and Khartoum, focusing on helping entrepreneurs restore their businesses and livelihoods.

Support and Follow-Up
Participants received ongoing consultations and follow-up throughout the project, ensuring they could rebuild and sustain their operations effectively.

Success Rate
The repayment period was completed with a 100% success rate, with no defaults. Some participants even qualified for a second round of financing, further boosting their businesses.

Impact
The project had a significant positive impact on business owners, enabling them to resume operations and secure a stable source of income during challenging times.

Dukan Alhai successfully empowered SMEs to overcome pandemic-induced challenges, fostering resilience and economic recovery in Kassala and Khartoum.
