The project targeted 10 women’s groups in Khartoum State, Salha-Omdurman locality, to foster economic growth and empower women entrepreneurs. The project combined capacity building, specialized support, financial assistance, and technology-driven monitoring to equip participants with the tools needed to succeed.
Project Highlights
Capacity Building
Comprehensive administrative and vocational training equipped participants with essential skills such as project proposal writing and feasibility studies, empowering them to transform ideas into actionable business plans.
Specialized Support
Tailored technical training was provided to each group based on their specific field of work, ensuring the training directly supported their unique projects.
Needs Assessment
Individual one-on-one sessions were conducted to identify the specific needs and aspirations of each group, enabling the delivery of customized support and resources.
Financial Support
A total of 40,000 euros in funding was allocated across the groups, aligning financial assistance with their project requirements to help bring their ideas to life.
Technology-Driven Monitoring
To ensure transparency and accountability, a Loan Tracking System was implemented. This system monitored project progress, generated data-driven reports, and supported informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Through this project, we continue to empower Sudanese women, providing them with the resources, knowledge, and financial support they need to turn aspirations into impactful community-driven projects.
